jæja nenni ekki að skrifa blog á ensku...best að prófa að halda dagbók. Vaknaði ferskur í morgun fór með víka í skólann og skipti á lilla. fór síðan að plana heimsókn frá vinafólki sem voru búinn að melda sig í kvöld, nema hvað "Maðurinn" sem var væntanlegur hringdi og afboðaði.....sagðist þurfa að æfa sig í Dansi   Einmitt Dansi maðurinn er orðinn vild med dans, segðu svo að sjónvarpið hafi ekki áhrif á fólk..meira segja þá sem ekki viðurkenna að þeir horfi á dans í sjonvarpi. Viðkomandi bað mig reyndar að segja engum frá þessu enda hef ég þetta nafnlaust.

Vil svo minna á að karfann byrjar í næstu viku salur 6 í Risskov hallen kl. 21. Spurning hvort að við köllum þetta ekki bara Kattabolti...þar sem ég reikna aðallega með köttum á æfingar.

Work related...The first issue of our Fitness/LifeStyle magazine DoubleXLMagazine is now finally coming out...ETA 15.oct we will start with 20.000 copies and distribute them all over Sweden. It will be interesting to see how much it will boost up our supplements sales in Sweden. Alpha Solid is kicking off also in the middle of october, finally doing some biz with the States....already made a killer marketing/sales plan so i cant wait to see the response over there. You can check out some pre-marketing materials for the MX-Force (our first product) Our first add is under "Files" and some interesting video of the product under "Videos"
