14th of September i got my second son....wonderful boy called Lilli/Lille/JR www.sigurdarson.net he will hopefully get name sooner than later since he is not that small after all. Check out the "Myndaalbúm" on his site. Some good pictures of me and my family.

Work related...The first issue of our Fitness/LifeStyle magazine DoubleXLMagazine is now finally coming out...ETA 15.oct we will start with 20.000 copies and distribute them all over Sweden. It will be interesting to see how much it will boost up our supplements sales in Sweden. Alpha Solid is kicking off also in the middle of october, finally doing some biz with the States....already made a killer marketing/sales plan so i cant wait to see the response over there. You can check out some pre-marketing materials for the MX-Force (our first product) Our first add is under "Files" and some interesting video of the product under "Videos"
